The National Museum of History of Ukraine invites you to deepen your knowledge of the history of Ukraine in a course developed by museum specialists for adult students.
Due to numerous requests, we are launching a unique educational program that will allow you to:
• understand the key historical processes of Ukraine – from ancient times to the present day;
• learn not only about well-known events, but also about little-known aspects that are rarely covered in popular sources;
• gain knowledge from scientists and teachers of leading universities who work with historical sources every day.
Start of block No. 3: February 28, 2026.
Block No. 3. From revolutions to statehood: modern history of Ukraine
- Ukrainian lands during the period of national liberation struggles
- Ukrainian lands in 1930–1945
- Ukraine in 1945–1960
- Fight for independence (dissidents, sixties)
- Ukrainian lands in 1985–1991
- The era of independence 1991–2020.
- History of the Black Sea Fleet in Crimea
Cost:
• one block (7 lectures) — 2100 UAH
Classes are held every Saturday at 3:00 PM.
Class duration — 90 min.
Lectures may be missed for no more than two classes within one block, with the option of attending them together with a group

- everyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of the history of Ukraine.
The course is not intended to prepare for the National History Test in history.
The museum has a shelter. In the event of an air raid, classes are held in a safe place.
