Requirements for conference participants:

Reports are accepted in electronic format in Word.doc or rtf format up to 10 pages in A-4 format, 12-point, 1.5 spacing, font – Times New Roman, illustrations in TIFF or JPEG format (6-8 illustrations).
Initials and surnames of the author(s) should be indicated on the right in bold, the title of the article – on the next line (bold).
References to the literature are mandatory, numbering is through: 1, 2, 3… The list of references, numbered in the order of citation, should be placed at the end of the article according to the rules of bibliographic descriptions.

Illustrations: photographs (must be of high quality) or graphic drawings; if illustrations are provided in electronic form, recorded in JPEG or TIFF format, they must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi with linear dimensions of at least 12 cm in width. Illustrations should be numbered in accordance with the order of references to them in the text; for all types of illustrations, the general numbering and designation is: Fig.
The article should be accompanied by a list of illustrations (captions to the illustrations) and a list of abbreviations.
The materials will be published in a separate collection after the conference.

Conference regulations:

Presentations – up to 10 minutes, messages – up to 10 minutes, speeches in discussions – up to 5 minutes.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to edit the materials and selectively publish them depending on their scientific significance.
Travel and accommodation are at the participant’s own expense.
Below is a list of conference materials published after the conferences in the museum in the Museum Readings collections of scientific papers. The author’s works by the staff of the Treasury of the National Museum of History of Ukraine can be found in pdf format (added after the annual edition).
