The Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” (hereinafter – the Law) provides that in the event that you become aware of the facts of violation of the requirements of anti-corruption legislation by the employees of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine, if you have a well-founded belief that the information is reliable, you have the opportunity to report the facts known to you by e-mail, postal shipment.
Persons who provide assistance in preventing and countering corruption are under the protection of the state.
Information about the person (whistleblower) who reported a violation of the Law may be disclosed only with his consent, except for cases established by law. A notification of a violation of the requirements of the Law can be made without indicating the authorship (anonymously), provided that the information provided in it relates to a specific person, contains factual data that can be verified.
The information provided by you is used as a source for making a decision on the need to conduct an inspection or take other response measures in accordance with the requirements of the Law.
If you are reporting corruption and are willing to provide your contact information, please include the following:
- surname, first name and patronymic of the person who, in your opinion, committed a violation of the Law, his position and place of work;
- information on the specific facts of the commission of a corruption or corruption-related offense, other violation of the Law, which can be verified;
- source of information;
- information about other persons involved in the commission of the offense;
- information about persons who can confirm the stated facts;
- your surname, name and patronymic, address, date of sending the message and signature.
In the case of reporting information anonymously, clause 6 is not indicated.
