Dear colleagues, museum workers, educators!
The National Museum of History of Ukraine is launching a new educational project on inclusive practices “Museum for Everyone”.
Who is this course for?
For museum workers, guides, educators, representatives of public organizations, cultural managers and everyone who works with people and wants to:
▪️ better understand the peculiarities of working with veterans and military personnel;
▪️ establish communication with visitors with hearing and vision impairments;
▪️ adapt programs for people with intellectual disabilities;
▪️ work more effectively with children of different ages;
▪️ ethically talk to children about complex history and war;
▪️ master ethical communication with people with special speech needs;
▪️ implement the principles of universal design in the museum space.
When?
From February 26 to early April.
Once a week on a weekday.
13:00–17:30.
Participation is free.
Upon completion, you will receive a participant certificate.
